Chapter 2: Enterprise Structure & HR Master Data

  1. Company code: EUR; assign Molga
  1. Personnel areas/subareas for regions (Flanders/Wallonia/Brussels) if needed
  1. Employee groupings for social security categories
  1. Wage types for taxable pay, exemptions, vouchers, benefits
  1. Pay scale and sector agreements alignment
  1. Benefits configuration: meal vouchers, eco vouchers, car benefits

Chapter 3: EC-ECP Integration & Replication

  1. HRSFEC_PTP_CONFIG: RFC destinations
  1. Map tax & social security parameters from EC
  1. Wage type replication: IT0008/IT0014/IT0015
  1. Org mapping: Legal Entity, Location, Cost Center
  1. Time data replication: absences/quotas, calendars
  1. Monitoring and error handling: SLG1, SRTUTIL

Chapter 4: Payroll Engine & Time Management

  1. PYBE schema: tax and social security calculation setup

  1. Statutory reporting outputs and submission steps
  1. Simulation-to-live run procedures

Chapter 6: Testing, Go-Live & Continuous Improvement

  1. Unit test: tax scales, RSZ categories, benefits
  1. Integration test: EC/Time/FI
  1. UAT: Payroll, HR, Finance
  1. Compliance: GDPR, audit
  1. Cutover and parallel run
